I'm having a hrad time making running interesting. I used to be really into running, but I have since lost interest. Do you have any tips for how to make running fun again for me?

This would never work for me.  My short term memory is so bad I would never remember where I'm supposed to go.  I find comfort in the same route, I guess.

It's all about the music for me.  I love fast music of different genres, so having a great playlist is key.  Why not try running at a different time of day?  The people watching will be different and the critters you encounter more interesting, perhaps.

If you're running inside on a treadmill, your best bet is watching TV.  If you're running outside, think of a topic you want to hash out in your head.  All that time alone with your thoughts...your run will go by faster and you may have solved your problem by the time you finish!  Good luck!

I'm more motivated if I'm training for something, either a local race or even just trying to get a certain time. But I'm with KittyCat: good music in the headphones makes all the difference!
