Overview

naturally remove stretch marks : Overview
Stretch marks are unsightly and embarrassing. But fortunately, there are several ways to naturally remove these marks and prevent new marks from developing. Some people choose to invest in expensive beauty treatments, which have been proved to smooth or fade stretch marks. However, these techniques are not guaranteed. For this reason, many people seek natural and inexpensive treatments for stretch marks.

Step 1

Apply cocoa butter. At the first sign of stretch marks, apply cocoa butter to the skin. Cocoa butter is a skin moisturizer that can be applied to any part of the body. However, this product features ingredients that have been proved to improve the skin's elasticity. Continuous usage can fade stretch marks and prevent the development of new marks.

Step 2

Massage the skin. Daily massaging of the skin with olive oil can fade unwanted stretch marks. This product nourishes the skin, and improves elasticity.

Step 3

Tone or firm your skin. Although exercising can't remove existing stretch marks, workouts intended to tone flabby or loose skin can prevent or stop the development of stretch marks. Exercises to tone and firm the skin include Pilates, walking, jogging and aerobics.

Step 4

Buy lotions that include collagen. Lotions moisturize the skin, but many brands don't include collagen or other skin-firming ingredients. To gradually fade existing stretch marks and prevent new marks, purchase skin-firming skin care products. Ingredients found in these products may include collagen, coenzyme, vitamin E or lavender oil.
